The staff via whatsapp was friendly and responsive to accommodate last min change request to my appointment. The place was clean and comfortable and the lady doctor was helpful to suggest what’s good for me based on my needs. I find the procedures reasonably priced as there were some promotional offers. I managed to get there by 5.30pm for a last consultation and finished my treatments by 7:30pm (clinic closes at 7pm) yet besides the lady doctor who performed the procedures, the lady assistant who helped to clean and prep my face and the male interpreter who stayed with her to explain in English to me step by step what she’s doing— were patient and thorough, I didn’t feel rushed at all. I feel very pampered. I’ll certainly come back again the next time I’m in Seoul!

This guide walks you from the station to the treatment room: how to find us, where to see prices, how the treatment guides help, and what the consultation and treatment are like.
The short answer
Come to the 9th floor of ILEX Tower, a short walk from Exit 2 of Saetgang Station. Our price list is at reception, and treatment guides in the waiting area explain what each device does. The doctor then assesses your skin and performs your treatment, with English-fluent coordinators helping you communicate throughout.
Getting to the clinic
Dami Skin Clinic is on the 9th floor of ILEX Tower, 375 Yeouidaebang-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, in Yeouido-dong. If you are showing the address to a taxi driver, the Korean address is 서울시 영등포구 여의대방로 375, 9층 (여의도동, 아일렉스타워).
By subway, go to Saetgang Station on Line 9 or the Sillim Line:
- Walk straight out of Exit 2 until you reach a corner.
- The building is across the street on your left.
- Go to the black door to the left of Mammoth Coffee and take it up to the 9th floor.

Treatment guides are usually in the waiting area, and if you cannot find them, ask the front desk. The guides show what each treatment device does and what it is used for.
Reading them before your consultation is a simple way for you and the doctor to get on the same page. It also helps you feel more confident about your skin before deciding what is right for you.
The consultation
The doctor examines your skin and listens to your concerns before recommending a treatment. English-fluent coordinators and interpretation support are there to help, so you can ask questions and understand the plan in a language you are comfortable with.
The treatment
At Dami Skin Clinic, treatments are performed directly by the doctor, so the person who assessed your skin is the person treating you.

For injection treatments, numbing cream is usually applied about 20 to 30 minutes beforehand, so a treatment visit includes that time. Some formulas also contain lidocaine, and you can tell the doctor at any point if something feels too strong.

The doctor was not only kind but also very professional, explaining everything clearly and carefully. I especially enjoyed my Sylfirm X treatment, which helps with redness and pores.
